Luna got to Taipei’s Songshan Airport and was hungry, so lucky for us Songshan has excellent nursing facilities conveniently located throughout. The rooms are outfitted with everything you can imagine you’d need for babies on the go, even stuff we don’t have at home, like a baby wipe warmer. Way to go, Songshan!

Why aren’t there more of these in the US?

This is the main diaper changing area of the airport nursing room. There’s lots of free stuff available, including disposable nursing pads in the private rooms for nursing.

We nursed in one of the two private areas for breastfeeding, which had a comfy chair or a bean bag to choose from, plus magazines.

If you need to heat up milk or formula, you’ve got a heater right above the fridge.
